2. Reservation and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking and may include a security deposit.

Rates are subject to change without notice. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that reservation.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and reporting any damages or maintenance issues promptly. Guests agree to comply with all house rules and community guidelines.

5. Liability

Signature Corporate Stays is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property except where caused by our negligence. Guests are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and personal property insurance.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
